Map: Badwater Basin. Payload.

BLU operations in the area have met with horrific resistance from RED of late. Steps, as they say, had to be taken. When the intelligence reports last filched from under RED's nose indicated the RED team had concentrated vast quantities of infrastructure in a single location accessible by rail from an old, forgotten BLU listening post...

Well. Who are the BLU field operatives to ignore an opportunity dropped in their lap?

Time for some serious mayhem.

They are fast little buggers and they know how to switch direction in midair with that doublejump of theirs. A pair of them, one RED and one BLU seem to have split off from the main fight, trying to see who will bat the other to death first.

The Pyro hasn't forgotten about her, though. The flare gun gets pulled out, carefully aimed, and fired.

And that's more than a slight problem, since she hasn't had time to adjust that far. (That's the problem with a lot of snipers' positions. There's nowhere to run, if someone's on to you.)
Her shot goes wide, but she does fire anyway; if she's very lucky, she's hit someone anyway, but she's not counting on that. She's not Sam, after all.
The other problem with this particular lookout: Now that it's on fire, said fire is spreading fast. Which gives her time to brace herself for the inevitable, but still isn't much fun.
She's diverted to the bar, rather than a respawn room. But she's rather more clear-headed than when she started, so she'll take that as a net plus.
